When I was a graduate student surviving on very little money, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer. My coping mechanism to deal with these financial, academic, and personal stressors was to control my food and exercise. I wanted my body to be "perfect" -- I thought that if I could achieve "perfect" health, I could unlock the secret to save my parents and protect myself from getting cancer too. Besides, that "perfect" body gave me confidence in the cutthroat environment of academia. I did find immense stress-relief in training for marathons and Ironman triathlons, but I became obsessed. By trying to control every aspect of my food, exercise, and body, I severed my connection to my authentic self. I lost my intuition -- not to mention my menstrual cycle -- and it took me eight years to heal from these toxic behaviors and thought patterns...

Today, I have a fully healthy, thriving female body to which I feel a deep, loving connection. I am passionate about helping other women find a similar relationship with their body, food, and exercise. 3-Month Coaching Program

Whatever your history, whatever stories you may have about food, exercise, or your body, my 3-month coaching program helps you discover the root cause of your problems and transform them to develop a healthy and loving relationship with your body.

Every two weeks, you'll receive a 60-min coaching session (in-person at my healing space or through Zoom) focusing on a different aspect of your journey. I also assign an activity (sometimes journaling, movement, or a ritual), which you'll do as "homework" in preparation for the next session.

As your transformational coach, I'm available to you 24/7 by text or email to address any urgent concerns or provide in-the-moment support.

By working with me, you will also get lifelong access to exclusive invitations for women's workshops and retreats that I run to promote your healing journey alongside like-minded sisters.

My methods are based on validated practices from positive psychology and mindfulness, as well as the most up-to-date research on nutrition and exercise performance. Most importantly, I combine research with deep compassion and personal experience to guide you on your transformational journey.
